摘要
本文对TiO2光催化氧化的作用机理进行了研究,并对半导体光催化反应机理进行了详细的介绍。光催化氧化的效率表征方法主要有物理法、化学法、物理化学法,并指出应根据实际要求适当选用表征方法。
The semiconductor photocatalysis of TiO2 has been studied. The present characterization methods of photocatalytic oxidation includes physics method, chemical method , physicochemical method. This paper proposed electing proper method when applying photocatalysis.
