摘要
介绍了由微计算机、数字存储示波器、锁相放大器、打印机以及HP-IB接口组成的自动测试系统。分析了实用功能的编程技巧和常见困难的解决方法。给出了利用该系统完成低噪声前置放大器NF值的测量和分频电路示波测量中的数据采集和处理的实例。
In this paper, an automatic measuring system cornposed of micro computer、digitizing oscilloscope、lock-in amplifier、printer and HP-IB interface has been introduced. The programming skill of a practical function and the method of solving common difficulty is analyzed. The examples of data collection and process to complete the measurement of NF volume in a low - noise pre - amplifier and the oscilloscope measurement in a decision circuit are provided.
