摘要
文章介绍用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对蔬菜中常用的10种农药(有机磷、氨基甲酸酯、拟除虫菊酯类、除草剂及杀菌剂5类)残留进行定性和定量分析。以选择离子检测方式(SIM),优化色谱条件使分析时间控制在20min以内,同时方法检出限达到0.009-0.078mg/kg,能满足多残留农残分析的要求。
A rapid method for the determination of 10 pesticides residue in vegetables by Gas chromatography/ Mass spectrometry is developed. With the SIM mode, the analysis time was controlled within 20 minutes by optimizing the operation conditions. Detection limits of 10 pesticides were in the range of 0. 009 -0. 078 mg/kg. All the methods were able to meet the need of pesticides residue analysis.
