拟南芥ein2-1突变体对盐胁迫的响应

摘要 以拟南芥突变体ein2-1为材料,研究了其抗逆特性。基于发芽和根生长分析,发现拟南芥突变体ein2-1对盐胁迫高度敏感,此外,拟南芥ein2-1突变体对渗透胁迫和脱落酸也表现为高度敏感;结果表明EIN2基因参与了盐胁迫响应的调节。 The Arabidopsis EIN2 gene plays important roles in the regulation oi responses of plants to diseases, oxidative stress, and UV radiation. However, it is unclear whether EIN2 gene is involved in the regulation of salt stress response. Here, the responses of the wild type and the ein2-1 mutant to abiotic stresses were investigated in Arabidopsis. The ein2-1 mutant was found to be hypersensitive to salt stress based on the analysis of germination and root growth. In addition, the ein2-1 mutant was also hypersensitive to osmotic stress and abscisic acid. Taken together, these results suggest that the EIN2 gene must be involved in the regulation of salt stress response.
