泛北部湾合作:从中国—东盟全方位、多层次合作视角的考察

Pan-Beibu-Gulf Cooperation:From the Perspective of China-ASEAN Cooperation in an All-round and Multi-level Way

关于“泛北部湾合作”，古小松研究员主持完成的《泛北部湾合作发展报告》已对这一合作构想的战略意义、合作基础、目标定位和模式、重点领域和主要方向以及推进途径、打造合作的核心区等问题作了全面的分析，提出了建设性的建议。鉴于中国与东盟的合作已全方位、宽领域、多层次地展开，本文把“泛北部湾合作”放在中国-东盟全面合作以及泛北部湾合作与大湄公河次区域合作（GMS）与中越“两廊一圈”建设关系这三个层面，

Considering that the cooperation between China and ASEAN has been started in all directions, many fields and levels, in the paper, the Pan-Beibu-Gulf cooperation will be placed into the three levels, which are the relationships between China-ASEAN cooperation and Pan-Beibu-Gulf cooperation, GMS cooperation and the construction of China-Vietnam ＂Two Corridors and One Circle＂ to get a muhi-dimensional scanning, and propose some advices on promoting the Pan-Beibu-Gulf cooperation.
