加工中心铣削涡轮叶片工艺参数的优化

摘要 针对涡轮叶片的复杂外形,以表面粗糙度与切削效率为评价指标,完成了以切削深度、主轴转速、切削速度、跨度为切削参数的叶片铣削工艺试验研究,用极差分析法考察了切削参数对表面质量和加工效率的影响规律,并用加权综合评分法进一步探讨了各切削参数对2个评价指标的影响,从而实现了切削参数在考虑加权因子条件下的优化。 Aiming at complicated shape of vane blade, blade milling experiments with cutting depth, spindle rotational speed, cutting speed and span are performed with the surface roughness and machining efficiency as measurement indexes. The effects of these parameters on the surface quality and machining efficiency are researched by means of analysis of variance. The effects of these parameters on two measurement indexes are further researched by means of integrated evaluation method based on weighting factor, and then the cutting parameters are optimized based on weighting factor.
