摘要
针对叶片的激光冲击强化处理工艺,开发了一套过程监测系统,用于实时测量处理过程中的声音能量和叶片固有频率的变化,并经试验验证这2个参数可以作为叶片冲击处理质量的检测标准。
Laser shock processing (LSP) is an emerging modem process in metal part surface modification. LSP improves aero-engine blades' fatigue life and ability to resist foreign object damage (FOD). A processing monitor system for aero-engine blades' LSP, which measures the acoustic energy and the natural frequency shifts, is developed in this paper. And these two parameters are proved to be the quality assurance criterions for LSP.
