摘要
文章主要是以金属矿废渣、粘土为材料研究制备一种新型脱色吸附球,并以碱性品红染料水样为处理对象。研究结果表明:用10%HCl、60~70℃的恒温活化24h,在200℃温度下烘2h,坩锅电阻炉烘5h,做成0.5mm粒径的小球,110~120℃烘1h,在500~600℃温度下烧20min,冷却。得到脱色吸附球的孔体积为0.75cm3/g,微孔体积为0.23cm3/g,比表面积为814.1m2/g,平均孔径为4.2nm。处理浓度400mg/L的碱性品红水样,投加量为50mg/L,静置10h,脱色率达98%。
Metalliferous ore waste residue and clay were used to prepare one kind of new decolorization adsorption ball and fuchsine dye water sample was taken as processing object. The findings indicated that with 10%HCl, 60-70℃, the constant temperature activated for 24h, dried for 2h under 200℃, the crucible resistance furnace dried for 5h, the pellet of 0.5mm particle size was made. With 110-120℃ dried for 1h, burnt for 20min under 500-600℃, the decolorization adsorption ball was made with hole volume of 0.75cm^3/g, pore volume of 0.23cm/g, specific surface area of 814.1m^2/g and average aperture of 4.2nm. With processing density 400mg/L fuchsine water sample, increment of 50mg/L, settled for 10h, the percent of decolorization reaches 98%.
