Extended Producer Responsibility for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in Switzerland

通过对瑞士电子废物管理法规和标准的研究,总结瑞士电子废物的立法及管理特点,结合我国国情,提出我国电子废物立法的建议。

Through an examination of responsibility of interested party under the principle of extended producer responsibility, the organization system and advanced recycling fee （ARF） financing system for e-waste collection and recycling in Switzerland, the successful experience of e-waste management obtained in Switzerland was reviewed and recommendation on e-waste recycling in China was made.
