A Discussion on Relationship between Water Resource and Sustainable Development

水是生命的源泉。文章从水资源的概念入手,阐明了水资源是可持续发展的主要领域之一,同时也是保障实现可持续发展的重要条件。笔者从水资源污染防治,保护政策及管理体制等方面提出了水资源的保护措施。

The importance of water resource in sustainable development was elucidated and based on which the paper put forward the measures against water pollution and discussed the law enforcement and reforms of present water resource management system.
