摘要
目的 探讨水分离技术在儿童白内障吸出术中的临床疗效。方法 将51例(80眼)3~14岁以下儿童白内障随机分为水分离组和对照组,两组均采用超声乳化注吸方式吸出白内障,联合人工晶状体植入。记录并比较两组所用的晶状体物质有效清除时间,清除品状体物质所用BSS容积和品状体后囊残留晶状体纤维与否.结果 有效清除时间水分离组为(156.1±86.8)s,对照组为(210.7±73.8)s。清除所用BSS容积水分离组为(91.0±47.5)mL,对照组为(156.9±87.2)mL。两组比较水分离组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。晶状体后囊残留晶状体纤维水分离组为10.00%,对照组为22.50%,两组比较水分离组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论 水分离技术能有效减少儿童白内障清除时间及吸除所用BSS容积,使儿童白内障吸出更容易,更快捷,减少晶状体后囊上的残留晶状体纤维,能有效降低晶状体后囊浑浊的发生率。
Objective Evaluate efficacy of cortical-cleavlng hydrodissection in pediatric cataract surgery. Methods 51 cases (80 eyes) 3 - 14 years old be randomized to cortical-cleaving hydrodissection (HY) (40 eyes) and no hydrodissction (NH) (40eyes) undergoing phaco catarat aspiration, the main outcome measures were as follows: Lens-substance removal time and Volume of fluid used, Presence or absence of residual fibers on the posterior capsule was recorded. Results Lens substance removal time was singicantly less in the HY group (156. 1±86.8 seconds) than in HN group(210.7 ± 73.8 seconds ; P 〈 0.05 ) , Fluid used for lens substance removal was singicantly less in the HY (91. 0 4 ± 47.5ml) than in the HN group (156.9±87.2ml P〈0.05). Re-sidual cortical fibers on the posterior capsule was note 10.00% in HY group and 22.50% in HN group, the difference was statistically signileant(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions cortical-cleaving hydrodissection decreases lens substance removal time, lesson,s fluid fluid used for lens substance removal, significantly reduce the residual cortical fiber on the posterior capsule, and faciliates lens substance removal in pediatrice catract surgery.
