摘要
通过冲击试验机、热变性仪、硬度计和热重分析仪等仪器,研究了十二胺和固化剂(MTHPA)对改性环氧树脂性能的影响。实验结果表明,十二胺可以提高固化物的耐冲击性能,而固化物的硬度和耐热稳定性变化不大。当加入7份十二胺、约70份固化剂时,固化物的冲击强度由纯环氧体系的5.7 kJ/m^2增加到11.4 kJ/m^2,提高幅度超过100%,而耐热性却变化较小。
The effects for the properties of epoxy resin modified with the laurylamine and curing agent (MTHPA) was studied by impact tests,thermal deformation under load tests, shore hardness tests and TG. The experimental results showed that laurylamine could decrease impact property of curing epoxy resin,but the shore hardness and thermal deformation temperature change less. When mass fraction of laurylamine was 7 phr,mass fraction of curing agent was about 70 phr,the impact strength of modified epoxy resin gradually inbreased from 5.7 kJ/m^2 of the pure epoxy system to 11.4 kJ/m^2,the rising range exceeded 100%.but heat stability change less.
