摘要
以H2SO4为催化剂、硅胶为吸水剂(S)进行甲基丙烯酸(MA)和Span 80的酯化反应,合成反应性乳化剂Span 80甲基丙烯酸酯。考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、吸水剂用量等反应条件对酯化反应酯化率的影响,确定了较理想的合成工艺条件:n(H2SO4)∶n(MA)∶n(Span 80)=0.31∶1∶1、m(S)∶m(MA)=0.92∶1、酯化温度110℃。研究了该酯化反应动力学,确定该酯化反应为二级反应,表观反应活化能为28.82 kJ/mol。
The reactive emulsifier Span 80 methacrylate was prepared by esterification of Span 80 and methacylic acid(MA) with H2SO4 as the catalyst and silica gel as the water absorbent(S).The effects of the reaction conditions such as catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and water absorbent dosage on the esterification degree were investigated,and the ideal reaction conditions were as follows:n(H2SO4)∶n(MA)∶n(Span 80)=0.31∶1∶1;m(S)∶m(MA)=0.92∶1;reaction temperature,110℃.The esterification kinetics was studied and the esterification reaction order and apparent activation energy determined were 2 and 28.82 kJ/mol, respectively.
