雌孕激素受体对妇科疾病影响研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 早期药理学研究已证明细胞膜与药物相互作用的部位,并提出受体的概念。由于分子生物学理论的确立与技术应用,能够从基因角度去认识受体在结构上的复杂性以及功能上的特异性。女性生殖器官大部分为激素依赖性,而雌、孕激素发挥其生物作用是通过其受体,故受体的异常常导致妇科疾病的发生,有些妇科疾患也可导致激素受体含量的变化。
