从废干电池中回收锌锰及电镀再利用 被引量:4

摘要 采用硫酸和亚硫酸的体积比为10:1的混合水溶液对废干电池进行浸酸处理,得到硫酸锌和硫酸锰的混合水溶液,并将该液作为主要原料配制电镀溶液进行锌锰合金电镀实验。镀液组成及工艺条件为23.4gm/L Zn^2+,19.2g/L Mn^2+,252.8g/L Na3C6H5O7·2H2O,1g/L聚乙二醇(6000),1.5g/L硫脲,50mgmNa2S2O3,pH4~5,温度20~30℃,阴极电流密度1~6A/dm^2。获得了含锰4.07%~15.8%的锌锰合金镀层,该镀层表面平整,结晶组织细致,结合力好。 A sulfate solution containing zinc and manganese was obtained by immersing waste dry batteries in the mixed solution consisting of vitriol and sulfurous acid with a volume ratio of 10:1, which was used as the main material for Zn-Mn alloy electrodeposition bath. The bath composition and electrodeposition conditions was as follows: 23.4 g/L Zn^2+, 19.2 g/L Mn^2+, 252.8 g/L Na3C6H5O7.2H2O, 1 g/L polyglycol(6000), 1.5 g/L thiourea, 50 mg/L Na2S2O3, pH 4-5, temperature 20- 30 ℃, cathode current density 1-6 A/dm^2. The test results showed that a Zn-Mn alloy deposit with manganese content of 4.07%-15.8% was obtained, which has level surface, fine crystal texture and good adhesion.
