上向流污泥过滤床(USBF)污水处理新工艺

摘要 上向流污泥过滤床USBF(Upflow Sludge Blanket Filtration)工艺是一种新型的一体化污水生物处理工艺。该工艺集缺氧选择池、好氧反应池和上向流污泥过滤池于一体,结构紧凑,运行灵活,便于模块化、系列化生产。沉淀区部分具有较高的泥水分离效率,可大幅度减少沉淀区容积,从而降低了工程基建费用。国外的研究及工程实践表明,上向流污泥过滤床工艺在污水集中收集困难的地区具有独特的优势,在污水比较分散的居民区、别墅区、度假村、疗养院、旅游景点、机场、铁路车站、小型经济开发区、宾馆等人群聚居地和独立工矿区中得到广泛应用。 The Upflow Sludge Blanket Filtration (USBF) process is a new type of integrated wastewater biological treatment process. It incorporates an anoxic selector, aerobic zone and an upflow sludge blanket clarifier for compact construction and flexible operation, which is convenient for modularity and series production. The sedimentation area is characteristic of high efficiency in sludge-water separation, which largely decreases its volume and construction cost. The foreign research and engineering cases show that the USBF process has unique advantage in the areas where wastewater is hard to be collected, and is widely applied in wastewater decentralized areas, such as residential areas, villa areas, vacation areas, sanitariums, tourist spots, airports, railway stations, economic developing areas, hotels and individual industrial areas.
