摘要
采用三种不同的湍流模型对双阀板结构的自力式气体恒流量阀进行了数值模拟,同时搭建了专门的高精度实验台,对不同湍流模型的预测精度进行了比较。数值与实验结果的比较显示,标准的κ-ε模型的预测精度不高,而RNGκ-ε和κ-ω模型的结果更接近实验值。
The constant flux gas valve with bi-baffle structure was simulated numerically, using three different kinds of turbulent model. At the same time, a special high-accuracy experimental bench was built to compare the accuracy of different turbulent models. The comparison shows that the standard model has poor prediction accuracy and the results of and turbulent model is closer to the experiment ones.
