摘要
随着集成电路测试系统复杂程度的不断提高,其自身的完整性和正确性变得越来越重要.作者所设计并实现的基于知识(规则)的诊断系统LSTS-Diag实现了对大型测试系统LSTS硬件的故障诊断.本文以基于知识(规则)的诊断系统为背景,以LSTSDiag的系统设计方案为主线,论述LSTS_Diag诊断系统的诊断策略、知识表示方法、诊断推理的运用,以及LSTS_Diag的系统结构和系统设计,并给出有关系统运行的结果.
With the unceasingly rising of the complex degree of IC testing systems,their integrity and correctness became more and more important. The knowledge(rule )-based diagnostic system-LSTS Diag realized the trouble diagnosis for thehardware of the large-scale testing system. With the background of knowledge(rule)-based diagnostic system and the motif of the system design scheme ofLSTS Diag. this paper discusses the design and implementation methods of theLSTS Diag diagnostic system, including diagnostic strategies, knowledge description method, the application of diagnostic inference method, the system structureand system design.
