老年慢性肾脏病患者心肾综合征的发病机制及治疗

摘要
心血管疾病是慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者常见且严重的并发症,43.6%的终末期肾衰竭(ESRD)患者死于心血管疾病,CRF患者心脏原因的病死率是普通人群的10-20倍。ESRD患者中,左室肥厚(LVH)和冠状动脉疾病的患病率分别为75%和40%,大约半数的ESRD患者在开始透析2年内发生心肌梗死^[1]。
