动态血糖与快速血糖值在不同测量状态下的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的将不同测量时段和不同血糖水平状态下动态血糖值(continuous glucose monitoring system blood glucose,CGMSBG)与相对应的快速血糖值(self monitoring blood glucose,SMBG)进行相关性分析,评价两种血糖值的一致性,分析不同状态下动态血糖仪的准确性。方法以在上海市第六人民医院老年科住院并行动态血糖仪(CGMS)检查的130例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用Person相关分析分别分析不同测量时段和不同血糖水平状态下相对应的CGMSBG与SMBG的相关性。结果1.130例老年2型糖尿病患者所测的1609次SMBG与相应CGMSBG的相关系数r为0.929(P=0.0001);不同年龄段之间两者的相关性分别为:<70岁组两者相关系数r=0.901(P=0.0001),70~79岁组两者相关系数r=0.932(P=0.001),≥80岁组两者相关系数r=0.875(P=0.0001)。2.血糖在较低范围时(<4.4mmol/L)相关系数r为0.286(P=0.025),血糖在中等范围时(4.4~10mmol/L)相关系数r为0.838(P=0.0001);血糖在较高范围时(>10mmol/L)相关系数r为0.825(P=0.0001)。3.在安装CGMS后1~6h、7~12h、13~24h、25~48h、49~72h等不同时间段SMBG与相应CGMSBG的相关系数r分别为0.802、0.904、0.954、0.949、0.926,P值均小于0.001。结论1.年龄对两种方法测定值影响较小。2.不同血糖水平状态下动态血糖与快速血糖值均具有相关性,而这种相关性在中、高等血糖范围内更好;3.不同测量时段CGMSBG与SMBG都具有良好的相关性,尤以CGMS安装后25~48h时间段相关性最强。 Objective To evaluate the correlation between MiniMed continuous glucose monitoring system blood glucose (CGMSBG) and self monitoring blood glucose (SMBG) detected at different blood sugar levels and different time points to see whether there is any correlation between them. Methods 130 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to this hospital were submitted to CGMS. The correlation and coincidence between CGMSBG and SMBG values at different blood sugar levels and different time points were assessed by Person correlation analysis. Results 1. The correlation coefficient r of 1609 CGMSBG values and paired SMBG values was 0.929(P=0.0001). When the age was below 70 years, the correlation coefficient r was 0.901 (P=0.0001). When it was between70 and 80, the correlation coefficient r was 0.932(P=0.0001). When it was above 80, the correlation coefficient r was 0.875(P=0.0001) . 2. When SMBG value was below 4.4 mmol/L, the correlation coefficient r was 0.286 ( P=0.025 ). When it was between 4.4 and 10 mmol/L, the correlation coefficient r was 0.825 ( P=0.0001 ). When it was above 10 mmol/L, the correlation cnefficient r was 0.838(P=0.0001) . 3. At 1-6h, 7-12h, 13-24h, 25-48h and 49-72h after the installation of CGMS, the correlation coefficient r of CGMSBG values and SMBG values was 0.802, 0.904, 0.954, 0.949 and 0.926 respectively, Conclusions 1.The correlation and coincidence between SMBG values and CGMSBG values are not affected by age. 2. At different blood glucose levels, the correlation and coincidence between SMBG and CGMSBG values are favorable. The SMBG value and the CGMSBG value are most comparable when they are at the moderate level, 3. At different time points of measurement. SMBG values and paired CGMSBG values are well correlated, especially at 25-48h.
