介绍了权限加密协议（ＴＡＣＡＣＳ＋）的结构和工作原理．ＴＡＣＡＣＳ＋协议是在ＴＡＣＡＣＳ协议和ＸＴＡＣＡＣＳ协议基础上设计与开发的新一代ＴＡＣＡＣＳ协议．它实现了对路由器、网络访问服务器及其它网络计算设备的身份验证。
This paper describes the general principle and structure of TACACS+. Based on TACACS and XTACACS,TACACS+ protocol is designed for accessing control such as authentication, authorization and accounting.
