摘要
龙滩水电站1号水轮发电机组为世界首台700 MW全空冷式机组,发电机额定容量达778 MVA,尺寸大,重量大。机组运行初期,存在着水导瓦温偏高的缺陷,经过放大瓦间隙后,机组虽能运行,但上、下导的摆度较大,且随着运行时间的延长,最终超过国标允许值。经过广大工程技术人员的共同努力和试验单位的通力合作,最终圆满地解决了问题。本文对上述问题的原因和处理方法作简要介绍,供同行参考。
No. 1 unit of Longtan Hydropower Station is the first 700MW fully air-cooled hydroelectric generating set in the world. The rated capacity of the generator is 778MVA. Its dimension is great and its weight is heavy. In the early time of operation, the temperature of the turbine guide pad is on high side. After increasing the pad gap, the throw at the upper and lower guide bearings increases and goes beyond the state standard finally. This paper analyzes the causes and introduces the effect methods to solve the instability problem.
