介绍了残余应力的分类、产生原因和不同作用;从水工金属结构的角度分析了应力腐蚀、脆性断裂、疲劳抗力降低或内应力松弛变形等残余应力危害的作用机理及工业预防措施。从钢的时效性引出,阐明了自然时效、热时效、振动(随焊捶击)时效、静态过载时效的工艺原理及现代工业价值。
Introduces the classification, causing and effects of residual stress. View from the hydraulic metal structure aspect, analyzes the action mechanism and the preventive measures of stress erosion, brittle cracking, fatigue-resistance reducing or relaxing deformation. Expounds technological principle and industrial value of the natural aging, thermal aging, shock aging and static overload aging.
