摘要
为了解决电站锅炉燃用低质煤时的不稳定燃烧问题,本文提出了一种新型可调叶片式煤粉燃烧器,当叶片的角度变化时,可以调节下列参数达到最佳状态:流动速度的分布,回流区的大小,湍流强度和湍流动能,煤粉浓度,颗粒的直径大小及分布等,在这种情况下可以使劣质煤燃烧稳定,提高经济效益.
In order to solve the current problem of unstable combustion of low grade pulverized coal, a new combustion technique of pulverized, the adjustable blade burner, is introduced. With adjusting blade angle, it can change following paramenters to optimum conditions: flow velocity distribution, recircu-lated flow zone, turbulent intensity and the pulvrized coal concentration, the particle diameter, the parti-cle turbulent intensity etc. So that the ignition of low volatile coal is stabilized.
