摘要
为了实现废物资源综合利用,以橡胶对沥青的性能改善为基础,以废橡胶为原料,在轻组分助剂介质中采用微波降解和助溶处理技术制备沥青再生剂。通过正交实验设计,以再生沥青的针入度、延度、旋转薄膜烘箱老化(RTFOT)后的针入度比及残留延度为评价指标确定了再生剂原材料的合理配比及工艺条件,并进行了再生剂的效果试验。研究表明,最佳配比及条件为增塑剂DOP40%,芳香油分糠醛抽出油40%,废橡胶粉20%,抗老剂添加量为以上总量的0.5%,微波功率为900W,处理时间为10min。再生效果试验表明,10%的再生剂用量可以有效补充老化沥青缺失的组分,恢复其胶体结构及流变性能。
The present paper is aiming to introduce its author's experimental study on using waste rubber asthe asphalt-recycling agent. For our research purpose, we have improved the flexibility and consistency with aged asphalt of waste rubber by adding necessary lightcomponent auxiliary agents and treating it by using a microwave processing technology. In accordance with the high and low temperature performance and aging-proof needs for the asphalt to be recycled, we have designed necessary orthogonal tests so as to define the reasonable ratio of the raw material to be used and the conditions of technology to be adopted into penetration, softenlng-point determination, defining of the ductility and penetration ratio as well as the ductility to be achieved by using a thin- film-rolling oven test (RTFOT). The testing results and analysis of the necessary technical standards indicate that the optimal ratio of the materials and agents to be added should be made up of 40% of DOP, 40% of aromatic oil, 20% of rubber powder and 0.5% of the total anti-aging agent. The desirable conditions to meet the technical demands are 900 W of microwave power and 10 min of the processing time. The results of our research have shown that 10% of the recycling agent would be enough to make up for the missing components and restore the colloidal structure and rheological performance of aged asphalt.
