对大学生犯罪教育改造的几点思考

Some Thoughts on the Education and Reformation of the Criminal Undergraduates

做好犯罪的大学生的教育改造工作,对其重归社会、刑事司法的效果、社会的和谐进步与文明都有重要意义。对犯罪的大学生的教育改造工作应从三个方面予以加强和完善:一是顺应刑罚轻缓化的趋势,对犯罪的大学生科以较轻缓的刑罚;二是在对犯罪的大学生的刑罚宣告及执行方面完善缓刑执行制度、推行社区矫治制度,确立前科消灭制度,完善监狱管理制度等;三是对犯罪的大学生各高校要慎用处分,并规范处分程序。

To do well in the education and reformation of the criminal undergraduates is important to the criminal undergraduates＇ returning to the society, to the effects of criminal judicature, as well as to the harmonious progress and civilization of the society. The education and reformation can be perfected in three aspects. Firstly, adjusting to the trend of delayed and light penalty, we should give the undergraduate of crime lighter penalty. Secondly, on the punishment announcing and executing, we should perfect the suspending sentence performance system and promote the community reforming and curing system, establish the record of previous crime exterminate system and perfect the jail management system. Thirdly, the universities and colleges should be cautious in treating the criminal university students.
