随着我国改革开放深化和经济进一步发展,各种体制的转换、结构调整和社会变革力度的加大,社会公平和正义问题越来越突出,由此导致了许多社会冲突和不和谐。公平是建立和谐社会的基础。在社会主义市场经济条件下,公平与效率是相辅相成、相互促进的。要通过经济、行政、法律等手段,构建促进社会和谐发展的公平原则。当前,要深入研究契约的本质特征和时代价值,通过建立契约文明来实现社会公平,并通过建立公平竞争的规范实现社会的和谐。
