Path Dependence of Building a Socialist Harmonious Culture

和谐文化重在建设,除此别无捷径。和谐文化建设是一项社会系统工程:一要着力构建当代形态的马克思主义和谐哲学,这是和谐文化建设的基础工程;二要着力构建和谐发展的社会环境,这是和谐文化建设的综合工程;三要着力推进社会主义核心价值体系建设,这是和谐文化建设的核心工程;四要着力推行精神文明创建活动,这是和谐文化建设的载体工程。

There is no shortcut to a harmonious culture. It can only be built, for it is a systematic social project. This systematic project involves four aspects： first, the building of contemporary Marxist philosophy of harmony, the base of building a harmonious culture, second, the building of a harmonious social environment, the index of building a harmonious culture, third, the building of the socialist value system, the core of building a harmonious culture, and fourth, the building of an advanced culture and ideology, the vehicle of building a harmonious culture.
