护理程序在胃镜检查患者健康教育中的应用

目的了解应用护理程序的工作方法对胃镜检查患者实施健康教育的效果。方法用护理程序的工作方式,对6578例接受胃镜检查的患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,对观察组进行全面系统的健康教育。结果通过健康教育,减轻了患者的心理压力和检查中的不适,提高了胃镜检查的安全性和插管的成功率。结论通过运用护理程序的方法,对胃镜检查患者实施有效的健康教育,能使患者更好地配合检查,减轻心理压力,提高插管成功率。

Objective： To study the results of health education in nursing the patients in gastroscopy. Method： 6578 cases of gastroscopy were given health education in the nursing procedure systemically. Result： The patient＇s mental pressure and discomfort feeling in gastroscopy were relieved and the safety of the operation and success rate of the intubation of gastroscope. were improved. Conclusion： Active health education in nursing the patients who receive gastroscopy can make the patients cooperate with the examination better, relieve the patient＇s mental pressure and increase the success rate of the intubation of gastroscope.
