The equipment price has influence on the decision-making of our army＇s equipment development. By analyzing some main factors which affect equipment price in the eleventh five-year period, such as total price level, capital asserts depreciation, raw and processed materials price, per governable income, software in equipment, biding mechanism and new technology, the paper forecasts the equipment price which will get increase in the eleventh five-year period.
