通过对大学生宏观就业形势的深入分析,提出了高校毕业生就业工作应该迅速转到以提高就业能力为主的新阶段,并结合鸡西大学就业工作实践,阐述了新形势下提高学生就业质量的具体做法。

With a forward - looking vision and through a deep analysis of the macro employment situation for the university students in China , this paper proposed that the employment work of college graduates should be transferred quickly to a new stage, which is characterized by enhancing the employ gaining ability of college graduates mainly. And in conjunction with Jixi University＇ s employment practice, it elaborated the specific approaches for improving the quality of students＇ employment under the new situation which have high promotion value for the similar institutions in Heilongjiang province and those in other provinces.
