壮大中等收入阶层的对策研究

Study on Strategy of Enlarging the Middle-Income Groups

构建社会主义和谐社会的目标已经建立,如何实现社会和谐就自然提上了议事日程。从社会结构上看,和谐社会应该是一个中等收入阶层占绝大多数的社会。而我国的中等收入阶层规模还很小、发育不成熟,与理论上的中等收入阶层的品性还有很大差距,存在着一些不尽如人意的情况。本文从中国现阶段中等收入阶层在社会阶层中所占比重偏低、职业构成面较窄、分布呈现出一定的地域特点等现状出发,探索了壮大中等收入阶层比重的各项对策。

The strategy to enlarge the proportion of the Middle class has been studied in this paper on the basic facts that the proportion of the middle class accounted among the total population in China is small in some extent and the structure and distribution of the middle class is thought balanced neither in composition of the occupations nor in the regions .
