当前,大学生犯罪有明显增加的趋势,这不仅表现在犯罪明数上,而且表现在犯罪黑数上。大学生犯罪黑数是审视高校法制教育实效性的反观镜:大学生法律意识淡薄,而高校法制教育乏力是造成大学生法律意识淡薄的直接原因。因此,提高高校法制教育的实效性是当前紧迫的任务。
