摘要
研究了水镁石改性成阻燃剂的技术及其在聚丙烯(PP)中的应用。在水镁石超细粉碎过程中加入混合改性剂,所制得的平均粒径2μm左右的微粉,可有效减少因贮存而产生的团聚。将这种微粉与硼酸锌微粉、少量增韧剂混合复配,并经偶联剂处理而成的Mg(OH)2阻燃剂,可用于PP的阻燃改性。改性的阻燃PP的综合性能良好,尤其是在减少阻燃余辉及提高韧性方面效果尤为显著。
The technology of flame retardant prepared from brucite modification and its applications in polypropylene (PP) were studied. The aggregation of brucite's micro powdor, which have an averago diameter of about 2μm, may decreased by adding a mixed modifer in micro pulverizing process. The composite which compounded by this micro powder, zinc borate and a little toughning agent, and treated with coupling agent may applied as flame retardant for PP, which has good comprehesive properties, especially in decreasing nonflame burning and enhancing toughness.
