摘要
党的十七大报告中明确指出,科学发展观的第一要义是发展,核心是以人为本,基本要求是全面协调可持续,根本方法是统筹兼顾。落实科学发展观的基本要求,实现全面协调可持续的发展,必须准确把握可持续发展的内在涵义。可持续发展观与传统发展观有本质的不同,从传统发展观到可持续发展观是一次社会文化的根本变革,生产方式、生活方式和文化观念的三大转变是实现可持续发展的前提。可持续发展包括生态可持续发展、经济可持续发展、社会可持续发展三方面,其实现则依靠生产方式、生活方式、文化形态的变革。
In the report of the 17th Congress of CCP,General HU Jin-tao pointed out that the first meaning of the scientific development is developing.We must correctly grasp the inner meaning of sustainable development for the sake of carrying out the basic request of the scientific development.As all of us know,there are essential differences between the traditional development and the sustainable one.In fact,to carry out the thought of sustainable development is a significant change of social culture.The author considers that sustainable development consists of three aspects such as zoology,economy and society.The realization of the three relies on the transform of productive,living and cultural modes.
