摘要
目的:观察胡芦巴乙醇提取物(FSE)对正常小鼠、葡萄糖性糖尿病小鼠及四氧嘧啶性糖尿病大鼠高血糖的降血糖作用。方法:正常小鼠一次灌胃给予FSE2,4,8g.kg-1,测定给药后3,6,9h的小鼠血糖含量;小鼠腹腔注射葡萄糖溶液及大鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶溶液制备糖尿病模型,用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖含量。小鼠及大鼠灌胃给药,观察其疗效。结果:正常小鼠一次灌胃给予FSE8g.kg-1,给药后3,6,9h血糖含量与给药前及对照组相比无显著性差异;小鼠腹腔注射葡萄糖溶液30min及大鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶溶液72h,其血糖浓度显著高于对照组;按上述剂量一次灌胃给药对葡萄糖性小鼠高血糖有较好的降糖作用;灌胃给予FSE4g.kg-1,连续9d,对四氧嘧啶性糖尿病大鼠也有明显的降糖作用。结论:FSE具有明显的降血糖作用,但对正常小鼠血糖含量无明显影响。
Objective ： To observe hypoglycemic effect of alcohol extractive of frenugreek （FSE） on the normo-mice,the hyperglycemia mice induced by glucose and tetraoxypyrimidine. Methods： After ig glucose to normo-mice 3,6,9h, determined the blood-sugar content; after ig FSE 1 h, the mice inject glucose in abdominal cavity , determined the blood-sugar content; After ig glucose tetraoxypyrimidine 72h, rats continue ig FSE for 14 days, determined the blood-sugar content by determined the blood-sugar content. Results： After ig FSE 3,6,9h, the normo-mice＇s normo-mice has no significant difference between control group or before administer; after ig FSE 1 h, the mice inject glucose in abdominal cavity, the blood-sugar content predominance higher than control group, after ig FSE 3h, the hypoglycemic effect is manifest. After i. v. the tetraoxypyrimidine from vena caudalis 72h, the rats＇s blood-sugar content predominance higher than control group, rats continue ig FSE for 14 days, the hypoglycemic effect is also manifest. Conclusion： FSE has evident hypoglycemic effects on diabetic mice, yet has no effects on normo-mice.
