摘要 目的:对厚朴超临界提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化和波谱分析方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从超临界提取物中分离得到了5个化合物,分别为厚朴酚(magnolol)(Ⅰ)、和厚朴酚(honokiol)(Ⅱ)、MagnaldehydeB(Ⅲ)、lignans(Ⅳ)、Crytomeridiol(Ⅴ)。化合物Ⅴ是首次从厚朴中分离得到的。 Objective: Research and study the Chemical Constituents from the supercritical fluid extraction of Magnolia Officinalis. Methods: Isolate and simplify the extraction by the way of silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and recrystallization. Identify the structures of the compounds using the way of physic-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Results: Five compounds were obtained and identified as (Ⅰ) magnolol, (Ⅱ) honokiol, (Ⅲ), MagnaldehydeB, (Ⅳ) lignans, (Ⅴ) Crytomeridiol. The compound V was isolated from Magnolia Officinalis for the first time.
