急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍的早期临床康复护理

Early rehabilitation nursing care of acute stroke patients with dysphagia

目的探讨早期临床护理对急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍的效果。方法将60例急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者按入院时间顺序分实验组30例,对照组30例,对实验组患者生命体征稳定48h后进行早期临床护理、康复训练,两组进行比较。结果早期对吞咽障碍患者进行康复训练效果评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者早期进行临床护理、康复训练,可使患者尽早改善吞咽功能,促进患者早日康复,提高生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the effects of early rehabilitation nursing care on swallowing recovery in acute stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods 60 cases of acute stoke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to their sequence of hospitalization, with 30 cases in each group. Early rehabilitation nursing care and recovery training was started 48 hours after the life signs of the patients in the study group were stable. A comparative study about the improvement of swallowing function was performed between the study group with early rehabilitation nursing care and the control group with only traditional treatment and nursing care. Result There was no significant difference with regard to the admission swallowing function between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. After three weeks treatment and rehabilitation nursing, patients in the study group obtained more swallowing improvements than that in the control group （p〈0.01）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing care and recovery training can facilitate the recovery of swallowing function in acute stroke patients with dysphagia and improve their life quality.
