摘要
目的了解护理人员对Orem自护理论及促进病人自护的认知情况,促进护理人员对护理学基本理论的学习和认识,促进病人的自护行为,提高护理质量。方法采用问卷调查法,随机抽取四所医院的200名护理人员实施调查。结果影响护理人员促进病人自护的因素很多,如护理人员缺乏自护理论相关知识及方法;缺乏支持动力;护理人员自身的价值观念等。结论系统加强对护理人员促进病人自护的相关知识和技能的培训,促进护理人员服务理念的转变。
Objective To assess the nurses' knowledge about patient's self-care promotion and to determine associated factors, in order to provide basic information for promoting self-care behaviors in patients and improving nursing quality. Methods 200 nurses from four hospitals in xinjiang area enrolled in this study by answering a self-designed questionnaire. Results The investigation indicated that poor self-care behaviors of patients was associated with a lack of knowledge about Orem's theory of self-care in nurses, supporting deficiency for nurses and their conception. Conclusions Self-care education needs to be directed to nurses. It will be helpful to promote self-care behaviors in patients and improve nursing quality.
