CT引导下经皮腰椎间盘射频热凝术20例围术期护理体会

Experience of perioperative nursing care in the treatment of 20 cases of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc with percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation guided by CT

目的:探讨CT引导下经皮腰椎间盘射频热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症围术期的护理方法。方法:对20例腰椎间盘突出症患者于高分辨率十六层螺旋CT引导下,应用射频治疗仪经皮腰椎间盘突出射频热凝治疗,围术期给予精心护理。结果:治疗后3个月随访,临床治愈15例,显效5例,无效0例。结论:CT引导下经皮腰椎间盘射频热凝术治疗腰椎间盘突出症,具有穿刺准确,创伤小,患者痛苦小、康复快,疗效高,手术并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ： To explore nursing methods in perioperative period of the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc with pereutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation guided by CT. Methods： Percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation was applied guided by HRCT to 20 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc and the patients were given meticulous nursing care in perioperative period. Results： Fifteen patients were cured, effectual in 5 patients and no inefficacy was found. Conclusion： The technique mentioned above has lots of advantages such as accurate puncturing, little wound and pain, rapid restoration and more effectiveness and less complication. It can be widely used in clinical practice.
