手术患者麻醉前后留置导尿管效果比较

Contrast of the effect of indwelling urethral catheterization before and after anesthesia

目的:探讨全麻手术患者留置导尿管的最佳时机。方法:将128例需留置导尿管的手术患者随机分为两组,对照组在病房麻醉前导尿,实验组在手术室麻醉成功后导尿,分别记录两组患者导尿前、导尿中的血压、心率及一次导尿成功率。结果:导尿前两组患者血压、心率均值比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);导尿中两组患者血压、心率均值比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01);实验组一次导尿成功率高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:手术患者导尿时机选择在麻醉成功后进行,可减轻导尿引起的不适,提高一次导尿成功率,稳定术中血压和心率。

Objective： To study the best time to place urethral catheter on patient before and after being anesthetized. Methods： One hundred and twenty eight patients with urethral catheterization were randomly divided into control group and experiment group. The catheterization was completed before anesthesia in ward in control group, and catheterization was done after anesthesia in operation room in experiment group. The heart rate, blood pressure and the successful rate of once catheterization were all recorded. Results： There was no significant differences in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups before catheterization （P 〉0.05 ） ; the significant differences was found in blood pressure and heart rate during the catheterization between two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The successful rate of once catheterization was higher in experiment group than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： It is effective to avoid discomfort, increase the successful rate of once catheterization and to have blood pressure and heart rate stable during operation if the catheterization is done when the anesthesia works.
