一例子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤病累及右侧心腔的影像学表现——附文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤病是指临床有明确子宫肌瘤病史，肉眼所见的平滑肌瘤延伸至血管腔内，在静脉腔内生长。但累及心脏者罕见，国内报道不足10例，虽其组织学属于良性病变，但影像学表现常呈生物学恶性征象，因此认识其影像学表现特点，做出正确诊断，对指导临床手术非常重要。作者遇到一例，临床及影像学资料完整，现结合文献进行报道，以期提高对本病的认识水平。
