摘要 目的测量老年性白内障患者的晶状体厚度、前房深度及眼轴长度,分析晶状体厚度随年龄增加的变化趋势。方法采用A型超声测量老年性白内障患者250例266眼的晶状体厚度、前房深度及眼轴长度并进行统计分析。结果男性患者晶状体厚度、前房深度和眼轴长度分别为(4.17±0.70)、(2.70±0.61)和(23.90±1.78)mm,与女性患者(4.09±0.76)、(2.61±0.59)和(23.63±1.63)mm的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。≤80岁患者的晶状体厚度随年龄增长而增加,其中40~50岁组与71~80岁组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。前房深度随年龄增加变浅,61~70岁、71~80岁和>80岁组与40~50岁和51~60岁组的差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。各年龄组眼轴长度的差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。61~70岁、71~80岁和>80岁组患者晶状体厚度与眼轴长度比值均显著大于40~50岁和51~60岁组(P值均<0.05)。40~50岁组患者1/2晶状体厚度与前房深度之和与眼轴长度比值显著大于其他各组(P值均<0.01)。结论随年龄增加,晶状体厚度增加,前房变浅,晶状体中心位置前移,晶状体在眼球中的相对厚度变厚。 Objective To determine the lens thickness, anterior chamber depth, and axis length and to analyze the changes of lens thickness with the increase of age. Methods The lens thickness, anterior chamber depth and axis length of 266 eyes in 250 senile cataract patients were measured by A mode ultrasound and the results were analyzed. Results The lens thickness, anterior chamber depth and axis length in male patients were (4. 17 ± 0.70), (2. 70 ± 0. 61) and (23.90 ± 1.78) mm, respectively; and were (4. 09 ± 0.76), (2. 61 ± 0.59) and (23.63 ± 1.63) mm in female patients, respectively; there was no significant difference between the male and female patients. In patients with an age ≤ 80 years, the lens thickness increased with age, and the difference between patients of 40-50 years old and 71-80 years old was significant ( P 〈 0.05). The anterior chamber depth became shallower with the increase of age, with significant difference found between patients of 40-50 years old, 51-60 years old with 61-70 years old, 71-80years old, and 〉 80 years old ( P〈 0.01). The difference of axis length was not significant between patie.nts with different ages. The ratios of lens thickness to axis length of 40-50 years old, 51-60 years old patients were significantly lower than those of 61-70 years old, 71-80 years old, and 〉 80 years old (all P 〈 0.05). The ratio of 1/2 lens thickness plus anterior chamber depth to axis length of 40-50 years old patients were significantly higher than those of other groups(all P〈 0.01). Conclusion With the increase of age, the lens becomes thicker, anterior chamber depth becomes shallower, the center of lens moves forward, and the relative thickness of lens also increases.
