膀胱扩张局部封闭联合口服药物治疗间质性膀胱炎的临床观察

摘要间质性膀胱炎（interstitial cystitis,IC）是一种非细菌性的特殊类型的慢性膀胱炎,中年以上妇女好发,病程长,目前病因及发病机制尚不清楚,误诊率高,长期抗感染治疗无效.我院自2000年7月至2006年4月诊断治疗13例IC患者,现报道如下.
