摘要 糖尿病是一种具有高度异质性的疾病，任何年龄均可发病。尽管1型糖尿病是儿童时期糖尿病的主要类型，但随着社会经济的飞速发展及生活方式的改变，现今2型糖尿病的发病呈低龄化趋势。此外，在儿童时期尚可发生一种极其少见的糖尿病——新生儿糖尿病（NDM），是一种在出生后特定时间内发生的糖尿病。现有研究表明，NDM与单基因突变有关，临床表现复杂多变，
