摘要
通过溶胶凝胶过程合成了有机聚合物链段与无机相间有共价键存在的P(MMAMSMA)/TiO2SiO2杂化聚合物材料.溶剂抽提结果表明杂化材料体系中凝胶的含量很高.通过FTIR测试对材料进行了结构分析,并且由TGA、DSC测试分别分析了杂化材料体系中无机组份总量以及Ti(OC4H9)4的含量对材料性能的影响.
The P(MMA MSMA)/TiO 2 SiO 2 hybrid polymer materials with the presence of 3 (trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate(MSMA)were prepared by the sol gel process.The result of solvent extraction shows that the gel content in the hybrids with the presence of chemical bond through the reaction of MSMA with titanium(IV)butoxide and tetraethyl orthosilicate is much higher.The chemical structure of the hybrid was analyzed by the FTIR,and the effects of the whole inorganic content and the content of Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 on the properties of materials had been investigated by TGA and DSC,respectively.
