摘要
中央第二代领导集体的"大力发展"职业教育思想可以归纳为:职业教育目标论、职业教育领导论、职业教育办学论、职业教育质量论。其发展历程经历了形成期、丰富期、成熟期三个发展阶段。其历史贡献在于:引导转变观念,改变人才结构;加强沟通衔接,职教自成体系;社会效益明显,职教成绩斐然。
The vigorous development vocational education thought of the second generation leader group of central government can summarize into vocational education objective theory, vocational education leadership theory, vocational education school-running theory and vocational education quality theory. Its development process has experienced three stages： formation stage, enrichment stage and mature stage, and its historical contribution is： guiding the transformation of view and changing talent structure; strengthening communication and linkage and building independent system for vocational education; achieving obvious social benefit and prominent performance.
