中央第二代领导集体的"大力发展"职业教育思想可以归纳为:职业教育目标论、职业教育领导论、职业教育办学论、职业教育质量论。其发展历程经历了形成期、丰富期、成熟期三个发展阶段。其历史贡献在于:引导转变观念,改变人才结构;加强沟通衔接,职教自成体系;社会效益明显,职教成绩斐然。
The vigorous development vocational education thought of the second generation leader group of central government can summarize into vocational education objective theory, vocational education leadership theory, vocational education school-running theory and vocational education quality theory. Its development process has experienced three stages: formation stage, enrichment stage and mature stage, and its historical contribution is: guiding the transformation of view and changing talent structure; strengthening communication and linkage and building independent system for vocational education; achieving obvious social benefit and prominent performance.
