摘要
在职教课程改革的不同阶段,教师在适应问题上呈现不同特点。针对职业教育课程改革中教师的适应性问题,政府应依法行政,加大投入,优化队伍,积极创造课改条件;教研部门要科学引领,创新机制,强化培训,努力提升教师参与课改的能力水平;学校要创新评价,科学规划,努力营造课改氛围。
Aiming at the different characteristics of adaptable problems of teachers in different stages of curriculum reform of vocational education, the government should exert administration according to law, enlarge investment, optimize teaching staff and create favorable environment; teaching and research sector should be guided by science, innovate mechanism, strengthen training and try to enhance teachers" competency and level of participating in curriculum reform; schools should innovate evaluation, plan scientifically and make efforts to build constructive atmosphere.
