摘要
根据一种非圆曲线零件宏程序编程的插值算法,在AutoLISP环境下开发出抛物线零件的宏程序轨迹仿真软件。利用仿真程序,分析了不同加工参数对加工轨迹的影响,为编程人员设计工艺参数提供数据支持。
The paper introduces the interpolation arithmetic of noncircular curve part macro program. Using this method, An emulator which can simulate the macro program track of machining parabola part in Auto LISP IDE is developed. According to the emulator, the paper analyses the influences of the machining track on different machining parameter, and provides the data for the programmer designing machining parameter.
