制备条件对胶原蛋白膜拉伸特性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 胶原蛋白膜的拉伸特性受以下几个因素的影响:胶原蛋白的浓度、成膜液的pH、成膜液的热处理温度、甘油的添加量以及胶原蛋白膜的干燥温度,本文系统的研究了上述因素对胶原蛋白膜拉伸特性的影响,综合考虑膜的断裂延伸率和抗拉强度,当胶原蛋白的浓度7%、甘油添加量20%、成膜液的pH 6、成膜液的热处理温度50℃、热处理时间20 m in、室温下进行膜的干燥条件下,成膜的机械性能较好,适用于作为包装膜. The tensile strength(TS) and elongation at break(E) of collagen protein film were affected by some factors such as concentrates of collagen protein, pH,treating temperature,addition of glycerin and dried temperature.Effect of those factors on TS and E of the film was researched.After comprehensive analyses of all the influence factors,the conditions of film preparing were selected: concentrates of protein 7%,addition of glycerin 20%,pH 6.0,treating temperature of solution 50 ℃,treating time 20 min,and film was dried at room temperature.The film prepared under these conditions had an excellent mechanical property.
